I'm Diana Gojol, a product designer based in Vienna. I believe that good design comes from understanding people first. Before wireframes, before components, before anything visual, there's a person with a need. My job is to find it and build something that actually helps.
What makes me different is that I care. Not just about the outcome, but about the process and the people behind it. Clients become partners. Their goals become mine. I don't clock out when a screen is handed off.
I work across both sides of design: as a product designer at a SaaS company, and as the founder of DD Graphic Art studio where I take on client projects independently. Both teach me things the other one doesn't.
I'm the sole designer at a regulated Austrian payroll SaaS. I own the full design process across five surfaces, web app, mobile, public website, admin console, and design system. The work is collaborative: the team brings flows, terminology, feedback, and direction. I translate all of that into prototypes, components, and developer-ready Figma files.
The design system I built from scratch is token-based, Figma-native, and synced with the frontend via Storybook. 4,000+ companies and 50,000+ monthly payrolls run through surfaces I designed.
