Clango was built for ConfigMakeathon. I found out about the competition late and had very little time left when I decided to enter. What would have taken weeks of work was completed in 48 hours, not because of a self-imposed challenge, but because of the tools: Claude AI and Figma Make.
The subject was personal: a real problem I experience every day as a parent. The AI tools compressed the build time dramatically, turning a concept into a working prototype in one sprint. It's now in active development as a full product.
Families juggle a different app for every need, calendar, tasks, budget, shopping, notes. None of them know each other. None of them understand the family as a unit. Context switching is constant, nothing is shared, and there's zero intelligence across tools.
Clango replaces all five apps with a single Family OS, shared tasks, budget, calendar, shopping list, and an AI assistant built in. Available on mobile, tablet, and desktop with consistent UX across all three platforms.
Clango replaces all five apps with one. A Family OS built around the family unit, shared, intelligent, and available on every device. Mobile-first layout with a full desktop dashboard that adapts to how you actually use it.
